As we have working relationships with many suppliers, we prefer to source the parts ourselves through them. This means that they come with a warranty from genuine, authenticated suppliers, benefitting the customer should a further issue occur.

Annual Servicing

Every year your boiler must be serviced to ensure it is running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We complete the servicing to comply with all the safety checks required by each manufacturer to prevent future problems from occurring. Our annual servicing is also available for gas fires, gas cookers, and any other gas appliances.

Our engineers will use your description to try and assess the situation before arriving to avoid unnecessary call-out charges, but as safety is our priority, we will arrive for emergencies as quickly as possible.
